August Book Reviews, Twitter-Style

When I mentioned recently that I would be sharing reviews of some of the books I read in August, I knew that a modified version of the "Twitter Style Book Review," that is in 140 characters or less, was the way for me to go. My inspiration came from one of my new favorite bloggers, Anne from Modern Mrs. Darcy. Two of the books on my August reading list actually came from Anne's book review.

  3. I've read the Resolution for women and Grace for the Good Girl, too, and I second your thoughts on both of them! Reading the Jeff Goins book now.

  5. I love this style of review (surprise, surprise, I know!) I especially love your take on Rules of Civility.

    1. Me, too! I am so wordy usually but this type of reviews requires me to be succinct and to the point. Plus, nobody really wants to read a 500 word book review!
