Menu Plan for the Week of May 8th

Mother’s Day cookout with Daniel’s family in Nashville

Monday: Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and steamed broccoli, watermelon

Tuesday: Chef’s salad with fresh herb vinaigrette and quick rolls

Wednesday: Pintos and cornbread, fruit

Thursday: Kate’s Mother’s Day Out Program—Quick supper [Ribs & Steak (from the freezer), baked beans, tater tots, and fruit]

Friday: Pizza Night!

Saturday: Leftovers
